Billing and cancellation

An Office subscription is access to CrewBaseHQ software for one company workspace. Access is delivered in the browser after the workspace is created. Current public prices are Starter $59/month or $590/year (3 Office users), Operations $129/month or $1,290/year (8 Office users), and Pro $229/month or $2,290/year (20 Office users). Additional Office users are $12/month. Monthly is the default. There is no trial and no launch discount. Crew accounts are free. Enterprise is contact us.

Where checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. CrewBaseHQ does not move money between a company and a crew. The product only records payment status that an Office user enters.

Cancellation

A billing-authorized owner can cancel the current company subscription from Billing in the Office workspace, which opens the billing customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal for that workspace. It does not cancel another company workspace. After cancellation, access continues through the provider end date for the period already paid. An annual subscription keeps access through the end of the paid annual term. Records are retained when billing ends; the workspace becomes restricted rather than deleted.

Price changes

List prices may change in the future. A change is not retroactive, and a current paid price is not a permanent grandfathered rate. For a monthly subscription, a changed price applies only at a future renewal, and only after advance notice. For an annual subscription, the price already paid stays in effect through the end of that paid annual term. A new price may apply at renewal.

Refunds

CrewBaseHQ subscriptions provide access to our online software platform. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing issue, contact support@crewbasehq.com. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase, applicable law, and the payment/refund procedures of our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund charges already processed. Access remains available through the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or the payment provider.
